Gift-Wrap Sale

The Gift-Wrap sale is a major fundraiser for the PTO.  The school community is invited to purchase holiday and special occasion gift-wrap at reasonalble prices.  The sale is held in September and the proceeds are used to fund many different PTO events and programs.  The chairperson contracts the vendor, schedules the event, and distributes gift wrap packets.  When the gift wrap order forms are returned, minimal reconciliation is necessary. 

The distribution of the gift-wrap is a one-day project that requires a large group of parent volunteers.  Assistance is needed to separate and stack orders by school and class.  This may take several hours.  During the late afternoon and evening, several volunteers are needed to help monitor customer order pickup.
