Morris-Union Jointure Commission Representative
The Morris-Union Jointure Committee serves 22 member districts by providing training, in service seminars, workshops and transportation services. The Superintendent and Coordinator of Special Services from each district attend monthly meetings. In addition, each district is invited to have a member on the Parent Advisory Board. The LHT-PTO representative attends meetings to plan 4-5 workshops focusing on a variety of topics and may distribute flyers about the workshops through the school system. This individual is expected to attend some of the monthly Superintendent meetings and may be asked to serve as a resource for other parents whose children have similar learning disabilities or special needs.
